We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to marry under the laws that apply to you. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Wedding Cuple is a service for individuals seeking marriage and their families, and accounts created for any other purpose are not permitted.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, and to keep it up to date. Honest profiles are the foundation of trust on our platform.

Misrepresenting your age, marital status, identity, or any other material detail — or creating a profile on behalf of someone without their knowledge and consent — is a serious violation of these terms and may lead to immediate removal.

Because we manually verify members, we reserve the right to request identification or supporting documents, to review profiles before they go live, and to approve, decline, suspend or remove any profile at our discretion. Verification helps protect every member, and we may withhold a verified badge until our checks are complete.

To keep Wedding Cuple safe and respectful, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, deceive or harm any other member.
• Post false, misleading, obscene or unlawful content.
• Solicit money, demand dowry, or use the platform for any commercial or fraudulent purpose.
• Collect, copy or share other members' information without consent.
• Attempt to bypass our security, verification or privacy controls.

Violating these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal, and where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

Your use of Wedding Cuple is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, protect and share your information. By using the platform you consent to the practices described there, including consent-based sharing of your contact details.

Wedding Cuple is an introduction and matchmaking service. We facilitate connections between members and their families, but we do not guarantee a marriage, a particular outcome, or the conduct of any member outside the platform.

We encourage families to carry out their own due diligence before any commitment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAPPY COUPLE Marriage Media is not liable for the actions of members, for decisions made based on profile information, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
