To create a meaningful match, we collect the details you provide when you register and build your profile. This includes your name, date of birth, gender, contact information, marital status, religion, education, profession, family background, and your partner preferences.

You may also upload photographs and supporting documents used for identity verification. We collect basic technical data — such as your device type and approximate location — to keep your account secure and to prevent fraud.

Your information is used to verify your identity, display your profile to suitable matches, power our search and matchmaking, and let our team assist you. We may contact you about your account, relevant profiles, and important service updates.

We never sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties. We do not display your contact details publicly, and we do not share them without the consent process described below.

Sensitive member data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised staff who need it to operate the service, and all access is logged. While no online service can promise perfect security, we apply industry-standard safeguards and review them regularly to protect your information.

You are always in control of who sees your photographs. For each photo you can choose one of four visibility levels:

• Public — visible to anyone browsing the platform.
• Members only — visible only to logged-in, verified members.
• On request — blurred until you personally approve a viewing request.
• Hidden — kept entirely private and shown to no one.

You can change a photo's visibility, or remove it altogether, at any time from your dashboard.

Your phone number, email and other direct contact details are never shown automatically. When a member wishes to connect, they send a request. Your information is shared only after you accept that request — meaning contact is always exchanged with the mutual consent of both sides, never one-sided.

You may request deletion of your account and profile at any time by contacting our team. On deletion we remove your profile from public view and erase your personal data from our active systems, except where we are required by law to retain limited records. Backups are purged on our regular retention cycle.
